Brussel sprouts dijonaise

1 Tree of brussel sprouts
1 head Romanesco Broccoli, broken up
2 clove garlic, minced
sea salt and pepper to taste
4 Tablespoon unsalted butter
2-3 teas. Dijon mustard
1/4 C. capers well drained
grated zest of 1 lemon
3 Tablespoons of fresh marjoram or oregono
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Steam or blanch in boiling water the brussel sprouts and romanesco for 5 minutes.
Toss with remaining ingredients with desired amount of grated Parmesan cheese.
Steam brussel sprouts and romanesco broccoli for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and toss with desired amount of Parmesan cheese.
