Pasta with Brussels sprouts

6 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 0z pack frozen brussel sprouts
1 cup uncooked spiral pasta
1/4 cup butter melted
2 tablespoons whipping cream
2 tablespoons grated onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

In large saucepan: bring water and salt to a boil.
Add brussel sprouts and pasta.
Return to a boil: then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6- 8 minutes or until pasta and brussel sprouts are tender.
Combine the remaining ingredients: pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
