Smoky Brussel Sprout Pasta Bake

Brussel sprouts
Penne pasta
Sun dried marinated roasted red bell pepper
Soy cream
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp paprika or smoked dried chillies

Pre-heat the oven to around 275C.
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
Finely chop the peppers.
Fry the garlic with the paprika.
Steam the sprouts.
Combine all the ingredients together and pour into a baking dish.
Bake for about 15 or until heated through and some of the pasta is crisped at the ends.
